A journey with Performant starts with a choice of two programs composed of three modules each. 
  • The "ROI Team Development™" program develops team capacity resulting in high performance teams.
  • The "ROI Organizational Development™" program enhances your organization's capability in supporting high performance teams and developing a culture of empowerment.

We offer an "à la carte menu", where each module consists of a "main course" and a series of "side dishes" specifically chosen to complement the core content of the module. However, you may pick and choose what suits your immediate requirements better. For example, you can decide to replace a Multi-Cultural component with Emotional Intelligence. 

All our programs are accompanied with regular review sessions to answer questions and address any issues encountered by the team.  The session also acts as a feedback and accountability check-point afterwhich the shared ROI DASHBOARD (see example below) gets updated.

Start with the "High Impact Team" module

Upon completion of Module 1 - "High Impact Team", most of our clients choose to advance to Module 2 - "X-Functional Excellence", some choose Module 3 - "Brilliant Meetings", and others prefer to immediately extend Module 1 to their entire workforce.  All modules are one to two days in duration and suited for 20 to 100's of participants at a time, ideal to include entire workforce...
