Like so many who have led and developed a global enterprise I realized that skills, competencies and knowledge were only part of the game. What we also all shared were great teams, and an organization that supported the people that made them great. Performant is the result of a mission to create a series of programs that can improve any organization and its teams, whilst creating immediate measurable value, every step along the way.
During our first four years we invested $1.2 Million in research, development, and testing out a variety of programs with our corporate partners. Today we are on version 6 and are thrilled by the massive impact and great evaluations that we get from our clients. You should try it for yourself!
As COO, I previously invested $1.4 million in a corporate university to build High Performance Teams in 35 countries. We believed in empowering our leaders and workforce alike. As a result our business went from zero to a quarter of a $billion in shareholder value in just six years.
In effect, we discovered how to keep people happy at work and continuously out-perform our competition.
We soon realized that the key to success was developing attitudes, behaviors and emotional intelligence at the same time as providing the skills and tools on how the business ran. Today we refer to this as

The Science of Enterprise Accelerated Learning®
Our workshops are run in Enterprise Accelerated Learning format. This perfectly scaleable format allows you to offer the same experience to 100's of participants at a time. Leaders, workforce, or leaders and workforce combined. Key to Enterprise Accelerated Learning is it shifts mindsets and modifies behavior patterns, all of which start by increasing learning retention. This is done by “opening up the learner” and by “spicing up the learning”. It is fun, and might be a bit different from what you’re used to.
