He is currently active at the $50 billion Chevron LPG Gorgon project and helping city councils in Australia to better serve their constituencies.

has a Ph.D in Economics & Shipbuilding and 22 years’ experience across three continents in building high performance teams. She is a former Director of Finance Transformation at Coca Cola Bottling Investment Group, $11 billion revenue, 85'000 employees company. A recognized expert, she advises Fortune 500 companies in the field of shared services and finance transformation. She also acts as a coach and mentor for senior executives. Irina is a regular speaker at CFO conferences and a judge at the annual prestigious Shared Services Week since 2013.

started her career working for the Karl Lagerfeld and Paco Rabanne brands before moving to Asia where she lived for 8 years delivering multi-cultural leadership courses in the luxury hotel industry. Upon returning to Switzerland she was responsible for training and talent development at an outsourcing client services center. Geraldine has a Masters degree in Marketing & Communication and holds a Swiss Federal certificate for adult training. She is also an accredited coach, and an NLP and Belbin® practitioner.
Geraldine speaks French and English.

worked for 12 years in the fragrance and luxury brand industry for L’Oréal, Clarins Group and Fragrance du Bois. Her experience in international marketing included the establishment of their flagship presence in London, Geneva, Milan, Dubai and Doha, from theme definition, staff training over to promotional events. She co-founded Eac Group, a project management services provider, which she successfully sold to Ingenico (Euronext) three years later. Helen holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and teaches entrepreneurship in Geneva area.

Tatiana holds a Masters degree with honors in teaching and linguistics, is a certified mediator, coach, and project manager, and a practitioner of PI and SHL psychometric tools.
